The 2024 Jeep Wrangler is a well equipped and rugged off road SUV. However, it does not need to sacrifice fuel economy for off-roading adventures. The base 3.6-liter V6 still gets 19 mpg city and 26 mpg highway, with a 1 mpg drop when moving to the all wheel drive option. This is already a very respectable fuel economy for this class of SUV, but the new PHEV powertrain embedded in the vehicle improves on this even more.
